Surface Area Dance Theatre perform at Roche Court Sculpture Park

We have a spring in our step that will launch us into next week's project with Roche Court Educational Trust, where we will be exploring and responding to an exhibition of large-scale sculpture by Anthony Caro. Set within the landscape at Roche Court are seven works – dating from the 1970s to the 2000s – which together speak of Caro’s marriage of sculpture and architecture; his interest in physical and emotional ‘presence’; and how sculpture on a large scale can create a sense of place, both within itself and through interaction with its surroundings.
